In Segment Two, Gaia Richards and David Crosby highlight the exceptional work they do with dog training and human behavioral adjustments to mitigate PTSD. We’ll also preview their upcoming free (Tuesday March 6) talk about canine health, wellness, and first aid for your dog and you on both ends of the leash. Welcome to Transitions Radio Magazine (TRM) show (#1751), the Voices and Music of Presence; as always, presenting resources for change and music for a changing world.

In segment one, Alan does a reading from the Peace Pilgrim, to the strains of the Piano Guys version of “Let It Go.” Bob Sima follows that theme with the title track to his new release, “The Movers, The Shakers, The Peacemakers.”
In segment two, we continue the next part of our interview with author Adele Paula Royce combing through her The Little Black Book of Suicide Notes.  We get a couple of special holiday messages from Elvis and The Jordanaires. Young & Rusty gives us a tender contemporary glimpse of the Mary and Joseph story through their song, “Noel Ya’ll.”
In segment three, we wrap up the final part of the Adele Paula Royce interviews with help from a song by Richard Thompson, “Baby Don’t Know What To Do With Herself.” (Her full set of interviews is posted above). Mary Chapin Carpenter helps us through the Winter Solstice with, “The Longest Night of the Year.”
